Hi Bonkers, were getting the weapons from Vickers.
Whizz, I spoke to Tom but I realised that there is a big cadet exercise taking place that weekend that they've been training for since the new year, so both Tom and Steve will be missing this one, but they should be there for Hus Bos

Funds is my problem as well, don't want to put pippingford at risk.
How much is weapon hire and ammo roughly, for the No4.....do you buy rifle rounds in sets of 25 blanks for example and at what cost?
Travel is also a problem, I'm looking at nearly 30 notes to get up there......but hey nothing is impossible, I will look into it and let you know ASAP.

Eddie, your looking at about £30 for hire of a .303 No4 and a 100 blanks I think. A 7.62 No4 is cheaper at £25 with a 100 rounds.
If you haven't already PM Whizz_Bang for VSS number. Vickers Sporting Services who are the company we hire from for this sort of thing. You'll need to register with them, explain your a new member with Tommy Atkins and that you need to sort out your registration. It's free to register with them and then it means you have access to hiring any weapon from there amazing arsenal ;D.
Any problems mate, just send me a pm
