Hi chaps,
Just posted this as a follow up from a subject I bought up in kit listings 'up for grabs'.......don't want to go off topic in that thread....
I totaly agree that it's probably best left alone in a battle display, and very true that unless your really going to town with the portrayal of injury that's its going to be pretty inaffective during that display.................Guv mentioned diorama and I think that's more along the lines of what I was getting at.
I haven't been to a reenactment event as a specatator or participant, and can't comment really.
Just wondering how medical related stuff is represented already?

Hi Eddie,
If you live near Donington le Heath, thats next to Coalville, at the manor house theres a event on the 12 -13 Feb all about Medican through the ages. I know the woman running it, she does 15th century, They basically act out treating a patient but telling the public what they're doing.

Cheers for letting me know, Will be on my honeymoon then as I am getting wed on Monday......wont be back till the 14th.
I'm into first aid more than surgery myself, My Great Grandad was in the St Johns ambulance brigade working around the London Docks throughout WW2, never got to meet him as he died during the early 70's......used to read his paperwork when I was younger though.
I live in Hertfordshire at the mo, hoping to move up to Boston , Lincolnshire soon though
Thanks again - Ed,
