I cant wait for the first time we all get together, we are going to look amazing, and who said no one wants to reenact the humble Tommy? ? I guess I'll just have to stop wishing my life away, and be patient ;D

The war wasn't just won by the glory boys - over 85% of line troops were your basic 'County Regiments'. All had their own part to play in the victory, it just seems to me that the humble tommy gets forgotten when the majority of Brit re-enactors portray just 15% of the combined arms. I don't wish to detract from our fellow re-enactors, who do a splendid job and look awesome in their Dennison smocks. But for me it's Infantry all the way!
